"Wonderful"
The room was very cozy and clean. Staffs were very polite and friendly. The location is great, near one of the public transport stations and San Marco, but in a quiet area.

The perfect place to stay. Close to water bus stop at San Marco so access to everything. The staff was wonderful and the room was large and comfortable. It is Venice though things are not cheap.

We were a day early for our Rick Steves tour and they accommodated us in the same room we were in 002 and enjoyed our stay immensely, very clean, tidy and the staff were professional, friendly and helpful

extraordinary location, 1 minute to the laguna , with the water bus, water taxi, alilaguna station. In 4-5 minutes you are in piazza San Marco. The room was very clean, nicely decorated, the bed extremely comfortable. I liked the breakfast, not a large selection but the kind of food that is tasty and keeps me full until dinner, like salami,cheese, eggs plus delicious freshly baked croissants and sweet bread. The stuff members, from reception desk to breakfast room to cleaning ladys , everybody was nice, kind, friendly. i felt great, i was with my mom and my aunt( they liked their room and breakfast too) and they commented on how nice is everyone and how they smile and look happy. I would definitely recommend the hotel. 2 things to consider, there are stairs when entering the hotel, - not many and my mom is 78 and was ok with climbing the stairs. second one it can be noisy in the morning, noise from the street, so if you like to sleep late maybe ask for a room with garden view.

The location was excellent, right to the city center and near the attractions. The hotel was located to a street full of bars, restaurant and shops.The staff was very helpful. The room was clean.

Fantastic situation just 3 minutes from the ferry drop off just before St Marco. Very easy to find. Charming staff. I didnt have the breakfast. Room was small but true to photos and just for sleeping so fine. Attn there are quite a few steep steps up to the reception which are mentioned in their details, but could be missed. Lift thereafter.

Very small room, with no kettle in room, but comfy beds. Great location and easy to catch waterboat from train station direct to hotel pretty much. The lady working at breakfast was really helpful with sightseeing information.
